This End User License Agreement («EULA») is a legal agreement between:

and you («Licensee», «you», «your»), the individual or legal entity that purchased a license for any Forge Suite plugin (Lang Forge, SEO Forge, Form Forge, Field Forge) or for the Forge Suite Bundle.
By downloading, installing, activating, or using any Forge Suite plugin, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the plugins and request a refund under our Refund Policy.
«The Plugins» refers to:
and any updates, patches, new versions, or bundled assets we release under the Forge Suite name.
Subject to the terms of this EULA and your timely payment of all applicable fees, Avakode grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Plugins on the number of WordPress sites permitted by your license tier.

A «site» means a single WordPress installation identified by a unique domain. Staging, development, and local sites used solely for testing that specific production site do not count against your limit.
If you build WordPress sites for clients, you may install the Plugins on client sites up to your license limit. Client ownership of the site after delivery does not automatically transfer any license rights — the license remains tied to your Avakode account.
The PHP source code of the Plugins is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+), in accordance with the WordPress licensing requirements. This means:

Your paid license is a license to download updates, activate AI features, and receive support — not a restriction on the underlying PHP code.

AI features in the Plugins are powered by the Forge API, which runs on our servers and uses third-party AI providers. Access to AI features requires a valid, active license.
Each license tier includes a monthly allowance of AI credits. Credits reset at the start of every calendar month (UTC) and do not roll over. Exhausted credits can be topped up with one-time purchases — see our Pricing.
We reserve the right to investigate and throttle accounts whose AI usage pattern suggests automated abuse. We will contact you first except in cases of clear, ongoing abuse.
AI-generated content is provided «as is». You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI output before publishing it. We make no warranty that AI output will be accurate, appropriate, lawful, or fit for any particular purpose.
During your active license period, you are entitled to all updates we release for the Plugins, including bug fixes, security patches, and new features. Updates are delivered automatically through the WordPress plugin update mechanism.
When your license expires, the Plugins will continue to function at the version you have installed, but you will no longer receive updates or AI credits.

All rights, title, and interest in the Plugins, the Forge API backend, the Avakode brand, and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Avakode (Individual Entrepreneur Darya Avakova), except for the PHP source code portions explicitly licensed under GPLv2+.
This EULA does not transfer ownership of the Plugins — it grants a limited license to use them.
The Plugins are provided «as is» and «as available», without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
You are responsible for backing up your WordPress site before installing, updating, or uninstalling any Plugin.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avakode’s total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Plugins will not exceed the total amount you paid for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
In no event will Avakode be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You can stop using the Plugins at any time. To request a refund within the 14-day window, see our Refund Policy.
We may terminate your license immediately if you materially breach this EULA. Upon termination:

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be submitted to the competent courts of Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
This EULA, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Avakode regarding the Plugins. It supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
We may update this EULA from time to time. Material changes will be announced to active customers by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Changes apply to new purchases and renewals — they do not retroactively alter the terms of an already-active license period.
