Terms of Service
1. Who we are
This website (avakode.com) and the Forge Suite plugins (Lang Forge, Rank Forge, Form Forge, Field Forge) are operated by:

Throughout this document, “Avakode”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the above entity. “You” and “your” refer to the individual or organization using our services.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, purchasing a license, or installing and activating any Forge Suite plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree with any of them, do not use the services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Avakode services. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are at least 16, or that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
4. Your account
4.1 Registration
To purchase a license or manage your sites, you need an Avakode account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
4.2 Security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
4.3 One account per customer
You may not share an account with unrelated parties. Each paying customer should have their own account. You may, however, install plugins on as many sites as your license allows and share the WordPress admin itself with your clients.
5. Licenses and payments
5.1 License grants
The terms of what a license actually lets you do are in the End User License Agreement (EULA). In short: a license is valid for a specific number of WordPress sites, and it’s annual.
5.2 Payment
All purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”): Paddle sells our products to you, collects payment and any applicable VAT or sales tax, and issues the invoice; Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to your purchase alongside these Terms. Purchases made before September 2026 were processed by our previous payment partner, Freemius Inc., and their renewals continue there. Prices on avakode.com and any plugin-specific website are the prices you pay, plus any applicable VAT or sales tax based on your billing country.
5.3 Automatic renewal
Licenses renew automatically at the end of each annual term unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your account dashboard.
5.4 Price changes
We may change our prices from time to time. Price changes take effect on your next renewal. If you don’t agree with the new price, you can cancel before the renewal date.
5.5 Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Short version: 14 days, no questions asked.
6. AI credits
6.1 What they are
AI credits are spent when you use AI features across Forge Suite plugins (translations, meta generation, form scaffolding, audits, etc.). The cost per action is shown in the confirmation popup before any credit is spent. Credits live in a single shared pool on your Avakode account, drawn from by all four plugins.
6.2 Welcome bonus
Your first paid license activation grants a one-time 100-credit welcome bonus to your account. This is a one-off, granted once per account — upgrading your tier, renewing at the end of the year, or buying additional plugin licenses does not re-trigger it. Welcome credits never reset and never expire.
6.3 Top-up packs
You can buy additional credits at any time through one-time top-up packs (currently 250 / 1,000 / 5,000 / 25,000 credits). Packs are not tied to any billing cycle, never expire, and stack with each other and with your welcome bonus.
6.4 Fair use
We reserve the right to investigate and throttle or suspend accounts whose AI usage pattern is consistent with automated abuse (for example, scripted mass requests from a single credential). We will contact you before any action.
6.5 Model and provider changes
We may change the underlying AI models or providers without prior notice if we find better or more cost-effective alternatives. We will aim to maintain or improve output quality.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the plugins or any part of them
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass any license-validation mechanism
- Use Forge Suite plugins to generate or distribute spam, malware, phishing content, hate speech, sexually explicit material involving minors, or content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Use the AI features to impersonate another person or generate misleading content about real individuals
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure without our written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the services for other users
Violations of this section may result in immediate termination of your account and license, without refund.
8. Intellectual property
8.1 Our IP
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Forge Suite plugins, avakode.com, the Forge Suite brand, and all related intellectual property. The license we grant you is limited and revocable, as described in the EULA.
8.2 Your content
You retain all rights to the content you create on your WordPress site. We claim no ownership over anything you translate, publish, or process through Forge Suite plugins.
8.3 GPL compatibility
The PHP source code of Forge Suite plugins is licensed under the GPL v2 or later, consistent with WordPress itself. The paid portion of our business is the license key, AI credits, support, and updates — not a restriction on the code itself.
9. Third-party services
Forge Suite plugins integrate with various third-party services (WordPress, payment providers, AI providers, CRM and email services). We are not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms.
10. Disclaimers
The services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that:
- The services will meet your specific requirements
- The services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or fit for any particular purpose
- Bugs and defects will be corrected on any particular timeline
You are responsible for backing up your WordPress site before installing, updating, or uninstalling any plugin.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avakode, its owner, and its representatives from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
13.1 By you
You can stop using the services at any time. To close your account entirely, email [email protected].
13.2 By us
We may suspend or terminate your account and license immediately if you violate these terms or if we’re required to do so by law. In serious cases (illegal activity, fraud, abuse), termination may be without prior notice or refund.
13.3 Effect of termination
Upon termination, your license to use the plugins ends. Any unused activation-bonus credits (the welcome bonus described in Section 6.2) tied to the terminated license are forfeited. Credits purchased via top-up packs remain in your account and stay available, unless the pack itself is being refunded under our Refund Policy. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive will survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be submitted to the competent courts of Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also retain the protections afforded by the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify active customers by email and post a notice on avakode.com at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the services after the new terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
16. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Avakode.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment. You may not assign these terms without our written consent. We may assign them freely in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
