Throughout this document, «Avakode», «we», «us», and «our» refer to the above entity. «You» and «your» refer to the individual or organization using our services.
By creating an account, purchasing a license, or installing and activating any Forge Suite plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree with any of them, do not use the services.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Avakode services. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are at least 16, or that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
To purchase a license or manage your sites, you need an Avakode account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@avakode.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share an account with unrelated parties. Each paying customer should have their own account. You may, however, install plugins on as many sites as your license allows and share the WordPress admin itself with your clients.
The terms of what a license actually lets you do are in the End User License Agreement (EULA). In short: a license is valid for a specific number of WordPress sites, and it’s annual.
All purchases are processed through our payment partner, Freemius Inc. Prices on avakode.com and any plugin-specific website are the prices you pay, plus any applicable VAT or sales tax based on your billing country.
Licenses renew automatically at the end of each annual term unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your account dashboard.
We may change our prices from time to time. Price changes take effect on your next renewal. If you don’t agree with the new price, you can cancel before the renewal date.

Every license tier includes a monthly pool of AI credits, consumed when you use AI features across Forge Suite plugins.
Credits reset at the start of every calendar month (UTC). Unused credits do not roll over.
If you run out before the month ends, you can buy additional credits as a one-time purchase. Top-up credits do not expire and are used before monthly credits in the next billing cycle.
We reserve the right to investigate and throttle or suspend accounts whose AI usage pattern is consistent with automated abuse (for example, scripted mass requests from a single credential). We will contact you before any action.
We may change the underlying AI models or providers without prior notice if we find better or more cost-effective alternatives. We will aim to maintain or improve output quality.

Violations of this section may result in immediate termination of your account and license, without refund.
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Forge Suite plugins, avakode.com, the Forge Suite brand, and all related intellectual property. The license we grant you is limited and revocable, as described in the EULA.
You retain all rights to the content you create on your WordPress site. We claim no ownership over anything you translate, publish, or process through Forge Suite plugins.
The PHP source code of Forge Suite plugins is licensed under the GPL v2 or later, consistent with WordPress itself. The paid portion of our business is the license key, AI credits, support, and updates — not a restriction on the code itself.
Forge Suite plugins integrate with various third-party services (WordPress, payment providers, AI providers, CRM and email services). We are not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms.
The services are provided «as is» and «as available», without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that:
You are responsible for backing up your WordPress site before installing, updating, or uninstalling any plugin.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avakode, its owner, and its representatives from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You can stop using the services at any time. To close your account entirely, email support@avakode.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account and license immediately if you violate these terms or if we’re required to do so by law. In serious cases (illegal activity, fraud, abuse), termination may be without prior notice or refund.
Upon termination, your license to use the plugins ends, your AI credits are forfeited, and any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive will survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be submitted to the competent courts of Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also retain the protections afforded by the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify active customers by email and post a notice on avakode.com at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the services after the new terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
