Refund Policy

1. The short version

14 days. No questions asked.

If you’re not satisfied with any Forge Suite plugin or bundle for any reason, email support@avakode.com within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll process a full refund. You don’t have to explain why. You don’t have to fill out a survey.

3. What’s refundable

✅ Fully refundable within 14 days

  • Forge Suite Bundle — Personal, Professional, Agency
  • Individual plugin licenses — Lang Forge, SEO Forge, Form Forge, Field Forge, at any tier
  • License upgrades — if you upgraded from one tier to another and regret it within 14 days of the upgrade

⚠️ Refundable only in specific cases

  • Automatic renewals — if you forgot to cancel and were renewed against your expectations, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge. We’ll refund and cancel.
  • AI credit top-up packs — refundable only if the credits are fully unused. Partially used top-up packs are non-refundable.

❌ Not refundable

  • Activation-bonus credits (the 100 free credits granted at first license activation) that have already been consumed
  • Top-up credit packs that have been used, even partially
  • Licenses refunded outside the 14-day window (see Section 5 for exceptions)
  • Purchases made through third-party resellers or partners — contact the reseller directly

4. How to request a refund

Send an email to support@avakode.com with:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The order number or transaction ID (optional — we can look it up if you don’t have it)
  • A note saying you’d like a refund

That’s it. We don’t require a reason. We don’t try to talk you out of it.


5. Processing time

  • We’ll confirm your refund request within one business day
  • The actual refund is processed through our payment partner, Freemius Inc.
  • Depending on your payment method and bank, the funds typically return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • If it takes longer than 14 days, contact us and we’ll investigate

6. What happens after a refund

  • Your license is deactivated and your Forge Suite plugins stop receiving updates
  • Any unused activation-bonus credits tied to the refunded license are forfeited. Credits purchased via top-up packs remain in your account (unless the pack itself is also being refunded under Section 3)
  • You retain the right to continue using the version of the plugin that’s already installed, but we do not recommend running unsupported software indefinitely
  • If you refund a bundle, all four plugins are deactivated
  • You can purchase again at any time — a refund doesn’t ban you from the service

Future activation-bonus credits after refunds

Because the 100-credit activation bonus is a one-time gift tied to each paid license, we apply a soft penalty if a customer refunds repeatedly to re-trigger it. Across all Forge Suite products combined:

  • 0–1 prior refunds → full 100 credits on your next license activation
  • 2 prior refunds → reduced to 50 credits on your next activation
  • 3 or more prior refundsno automatic bonus; credit grants are handled manually by support on a case-by-case basis

This does not affect your right to a refund within the 14-day window — we still process it. It only changes the size of the one-time bonus we grant the next time you activate a paid license.


7. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account and all associated licenses. Chargebacks also incur fees from our payment processor that we’re required to pass on.

Please contact us first. We’d rather refund you directly than fight a chargeback. Every refund request we receive is approved within 24 hours — there is no reason to go through your bank.


8. Exceptional cases

Even outside the 14-day window, we may issue refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances — for example, a critical bug that prevents you from using the plugin you paid for, or a prolonged outage of the Forge API that disables AI features. Contact support with details and we’ll look at it case by case.


9. Consumer protection

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that mandates a statutory cooling-off period, you retain those statutory rights in addition to our 14-day policy. Our policy is intended to be at least as generous as any statutory minimum.


10. Questions

If anything in this policy is unclear, or if you’re not sure whether your situation qualifies for a refund, write to support@avakode.com before making any decisions. We’d rather answer a question in advance than deal with a misunderstanding after.


11. Changes to this policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on avakode.com and will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the change.
